Disney, Universal & All the Thrills: My Upcoming Orlando Adventure!

The countdown is on, and I'm getting ready for a whirlwind trip filled with magic, thrills, and so many snacks in just a few short weeks! This time around, I'm starting my Orlando adventure at Walt Disney World, staying at the beautifully themed Port Orleans Riverside resort. My friend Emily is tagging along on this trip with me and about 60 other agents. We can’t wait to take in the Southern charm of the resort, enjoy peaceful boat rides to Disney Springs, and kick off our trip in the best way: park hopping on day one!

Day 1: Park Hopping Kickoff — Hollywood Studios + Magic Kingdom

We land about 10:30am and will hit the ground running—first stop: Hollywood Studios! The plan? Tackle all the thrill rides right away:

  • Tower of Terror

  • Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster

  • Rise of the Resistance

  • Slinky Dog

  • Plus, soaking up the Star Wars vibes in Galaxy’s Edge! (is it really a stop in Galaxy's Edge if you don't try a Fuzzy TonTon from Oga's?)

After our adrenaline fix, we’ll head over to Magic Kingdom for a dreamy Disney evening full of all the classic must-dos. Think Dole Whip, castle views, spinning on the teacups, and soaking in the nostalgia. We'll be ending the night with the new nighttime parade that debuts on July 22nd and the fireworks show—because there’s truly nothing like the magic of Main Street at night. 💫

Day 2: EPCOT After Hours = Guardians on Repeat

Day two is all about EPCOT—and we’re going big with an After Hours event. That means low crowds, short wait times, and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind on repeat. Seriously, how many times can we ride it in one night? We’re about to find out. We’ll also be hopping on Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and Frozen Ever After, plus sampling as many treats and drinks around the world as we can carry. Epcot After Hours is our foodie + thrill-seeker dream rolled into one.

Have you ever attended an after hours event before or a special event like Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party? Disney knows how to celebrate and I'd love to help you discover what that magic is all about.

Day 3–5: Universal Studios & Epic Universe Awaits!

After two epic days at Disney, we’re heading over to the brand-new Stella Nova Resort at Universal. I'm excited to check out this stylish new hotel and relax by the pool—but also, I have major park plans:

  • Day 3: Universal Studios Florida – Think classic rides, lots of Minions, and all the movie magic. Did you know that Rip-Ride Rockit is leaving? I most definitely will be getting on for one last ride.

  • Day 4: Islands of Adventure – It’s all about coasters, Hogsmeade, and Jurassic thrills! Have you seen the newest Jurassic World movie? It was a bit different than the rest but I still loved it. I can never get enough dinosaurs and thrill! The River Adventure & Velocicoaster are at the TOP of my ride list. Are you a thrill seeker or more of a side on the side and watch?

  • Day 5: EPIC Universe – We’re wrapping up the trip with a bang! We’re beyond excited to explore this brand-new park. The Stardust Racers coaster at night is at the top of our list, along with grabbing that famous mac and cheese from the Isle of Berk and—of course—meeting Toothless.

I can’t wait to take you along for the ride, share the highlights, and let you know what’s worth the hype (spoiler alert: probably all of it). Stay tuned for all the fun, photos, tips, and unexpected moments that make these trips unforgettable!
